Congratulations! You’ve decided to go Whole30. I applaud you for making this commitment to your health. That being said, I’m sure you are looking for some new Whole30 approved recipes to get you through the month. No worries, my friend, these 30+ Whole30 compliant recipes include breakfast, soups, sides, salads, vegetables, and your main entrees. They are so delicious you may never want to go back!
I love Whole30. I’ve never actually gone on the official diet per se, but I live a mostly Whole30 compliant lifestyle. For me, it’s no alcohol, no dairy, no MSG or sulfates, and minimal gluten-free grains, legumes, and all-natural sugars. I understand why most people say it’s restrictive when they first go on it, but for me, living a whole-foods based lifestyle is very freeing. I eat what nourishes me and don’t what doesn’t.
If you are new to Whole30, I encourage you to give it a chance and keep track of how you feel.
Before we get started making Whole30 recipes make sure you are knowledgeable about the protocol.
We’ll begin by assuming you’ve done all of your research and know exactly what you’re getting into and all of the “rules” of the Whole30 diet. That you are here because already know the ins and outs and are looking for trusted recipes that you can make.
That being said, please note the following:
1. All recipes have been thoroughly researched, vetted, and cross-checked against the official Whole30 approved and compliant foods. However… any time you are following a specific nutrition protocol, ALWAYS check the ingredients for yourself.
2. There are a few recipes (one of mine included) that specifically calls out optional ingredients to remove to be Whole30 compliant.
3. Even if the recipe title or description does not say Whole30, the ingredients are what we looked at to make the determination.
4. All recipes are obviously gluten-free, and there are plenty of vegan options as well.
