School days bring busy kids who want a snack. Lunch. After school. Soccer practice. Dance recital. They go non-stop. These nine snack options taste good enough to be kid-approved and are healthy enough to be mom-approved.
While whole foods such as vegetables, fruit, and nuts are always the best option, sometimes you need an easy grab-and-go snack or items for your child’s lunch box. How do you find healthy options?
