From junior’s first day at kindergarten to your daughter’s senior year at college, back to school time brings together mixed emotions for parents and students alike. Many people think about focus issues when it comes to using Essential Oils but there are so many other ways that EOs can help with back to school time. Here are 10 great reasons why EOs should be in your back to school arsenal.
Always practice safety when using Essential Oils (EOs), especially with young children. EOs are extremely concentrated and when used incorrectly, can have negative effects on kids. General safety recommendations include diffusing oils, not using on or near the face, and always pairing with a carrier oil when using directly on the skin. Also, when using on the skin, be sure to do a patch test and STOP all use if any kind of discomfort occurs.
Please note: Each section will include several options. This is to give you ideas based on your preference of oils, and which oils you currently have and use. The options are NOT meant to be used all at once. At the end of the article, we’ll share resources and discuss diffusers and how to make a roller.

- Diffuse Common Sense™ to enhance rational decision-making abilities leading to increased wellness, purpose, and abundance.

Resources
Essential Oils – Always purchase Essential Oils from a reputable company.
Roller Ball – Take a roller ball, fill it up almost to the top with a carrier oil, and then add 1-2 drops of EO per ounce.
Diffusers – There are many different styles of diffusers. All you need to do is fill it to the fill line with distilled water, and add 5-10 drops of your favorite oil/s.
Diffuser necklace/bracelet/etc – I love the work by Bella Terra Studio based out of Modesto, CA. The owner lost her husband to cancer, and I’m inspired by all of the time and effort she puts into her craft.
