There’s something special and unique about the carrot cake flavor. Make it into a super healthy smoothie and hello… I’m hooked! Today I’m giving you two versions of the carrot cake smoothie – the healthy version and the kid-friendly version. Which one are you going to try?
It’s something about this time of year. It’s not quite spring yet, and Easter is around the corner. What’s the best part about the Easter season? Well, aside from the obvious? CARROT CAKE!!!
Today, I took the flavors of carrot cake and made it into 2 smoothie version – one is healthy and one is kid-friendly.
My husband who is my #1 food critic had to taste it and give me his opinion. “Hol…this needs to be a Popsicle! Where are the Popsicle molds? I’ll put it in the freezer and betcha it will taste even better. ” The verdict? “It’s a winner.” So there’s that option too! PS – don’t tell him, but he’s right. Shhhh… it’s our secret!
