Spiced Nuts - Sweet and Savory

  • 4 Cups Raw Mixed Nuts - Almonds, Pecans, Walnuts, Cashews, etc Any combination (approx 1 cup each)
  • 1 TBSP Melted Vegan Butter We use Earth Balance
  • 2 tsp Maple Syrup Organic if possible
  • 2 tsp Liquid Aminos We use Bragg
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt or Himalayan Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Cumin


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Spray a baking sheet with baking spray.

  3. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring once or twice while baking.

  5. Check after 15 minutes. You want the nuts to be golden but not burned. Leave in for another couple of minutes if necessary and check often.

  6. Store at room temperature in an air-tight container.
