This chili recipe is delicious, super simple to make in your crock pot or slow cooker, and follows the Paleo, Whole30, and Keto protocols. Fall in love with this nutritious and healthy comfort food!

Easy and Delicious Chili

Paleo + Whole30 + Keto

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Ground Bison or Beef Choose organic and grass-fed
  • 1/2 Onion - cut into small pieces
  • 12 oz Tomato Paste
  • 2 TBSP Taco Spice or Equivalent I love Primal Palate!
  • 2 TBSP Minced Garlic
  • 2 Cups Chicken or Beef Broth or Bone Broth I love Kettle & Fire!
  • 28 oz Roasted Tomatoes Go Organic!

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over the stovetop, brown the meat, breaking up into small pieces.

  2. In the meantime, prep your ingredients and spray the Crock Pot with baking spray.

  3. Once the meat is 80% cooked through, add all of the ingredients into the Crock Pot and stir to combine.

  4. This is for the baseline of mild spice. Feel free to add additional crushed red pepper, chipotle seasoning, and/or hot sauce to spice it up if you enjoy your food on the spicier side.

  5. Depending on your settings, cook on low for 8-10 hours, or high for 4-6 hours.
