Godiva Truffles

  • 1 Bag Godiva Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Bag Godiva Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 Cup Half and Half
  • 1 tsp Coffee optional
  • 1 tsp Godiva liquor


  1. Pour the bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips into a bowl.

  2. In a small saucepan, heat the half and half to a boil. 

  3. Immediately remove from heat and let sit for a few seconds.

  4. Pour cream over chocolate

  5. Whisk together until combined to form the ganache. 

  6. Add Godiva liquor, coffee (optional) and whisk together.

  7. Cover bowl and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.

  8. With spoons and your hands, form into one-inch round balls and place on parchment lined baking sheet.

  9. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips at 50% power for one minute and stir.

  10. Repeat until melted and smooth.

  11. Dip the balls in the melted chocolate and let sit until firm.
