Base Pesto Recipe

  • 3 Cups Greens Approximate
  • 1/4 Cup Nuts/Seeds
  • 2 TBSP Minced Garlic
  • 1 TBSP Nutritional Yeast (Nooch)
  • A few shakes of black pepper
  • 1/4 - 1/2 Cup Oil


  1. In a food processor, pulse together all ingredients except for the oil.

  2. Drizzle in the oil and mix to emulsify until the pesto reaches your desired consistency. You may need to scrape down the sides and mix again. 

  3. Be careful removing the pesto as the food processor blades are sharp!
