Is this your first Whole30 or are you back again? Are you running out of options? Whether you work in an office or work from home, these 15 Whole30 compliant lunches that you can pack for work are easy to meal prep, easy to pack, and easy to eat in any environment! Oh and PS – they are all delicious AND nutritious!
We’ll begin by assuming you’ve done all of your research and know exactly what you’re getting into and all of the “rules” of the Whole30 diet. That you are here because already know the ins and outs and are looking for trusted recipes that you can make.
That being said, please note the following:
1. All recipes have been thoroughly researched, vetted, and cross-checked against the official Whole30 approved and compliant foods. However… any time you are following a specific nutrition protocol, ALWAYS check the ingredients for yourself.
2. Even if the recipe title or description does not say Whole30, the ingredients are what we looked at to make the determination.
Here at Pink Fortitude, we check, double-check, and triple-check not only our own recipes but the ones we feature in roundups as well. I went to the best of the best healthy food bloggers to compile this mouth-watering list of lunches for you. AND… they are gorgeous and Pinterest-worthy!
All Whole30 recipes are gluten-free, and won’t be marked because of this. I know that our readers all have different nutrition protocols, so I did my best in labeling each recipe according to what it does and does not have in it. You will also see:
Some of the recipes have options written into them. Always check your ingredients, labels, and recipes to ensure they are compliant with your nutrition protocol.
15 Whole30 Lunches to Pack for Work
In addition to the nutrition standards, I also had some requirements about the lunch options that I chose for you. Even if they aren’t traditional lunch options, they must be made ahead, and easy to transport, heat up if needed, and eat at work. If you work from home, of course, it will be much easier.
Many of these recipes are meal prep, so you can make them on Sunday and enjoy all week!
