Summertime is the best time for fun and unique appetizers, especially when you can pull some of the items directly from your garden, or the farmer’s market or CSA. These watermelon prosciutto appetizer bites are sure to please. The combination of flavors may sound a bit weird. But trust me, they all work together. In a flavor cacophony in your mouth. Trust me. It’s a winner!
Cut up square pieces of a watermelon.
Add a piece of goat cheese. (Or feta. But goat cheese is the best).
Cut up pieces of prosciutto.
Top with a piece of cucumber.
Pierce through with a toothpick.
