Do you have trouble falling asleep or toss and turn in the middle of the night?
According to James and Tristan Swanwick, “There are lights on our screens that we stare into at nighttime after the sun is long gone. Blue light is in your cell phone, TV screen, computer, bathroom and kitchen lights, alarm clock – almost everywhere. When we stare at these screens – as you may be doing now – it tricks our bodies into thinking it’s still daytime. This means we don’t produce as much melatonin.”

EFT Tapping
I will tap into a better emotional state.
It’s called the Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT or Tapping. It may help to combat anxiety, stress, insomnia, and even anger and other negative emotions. By using a tapping sequence on specific energy meridians on the body, along with a corresponding dialog, it may help to immediately clear your mind and emotional state.
I know personally, this health hack has helped me greatly in times of increased stress, dealing with emotional issues, and falling back to sleep in the middle of the night. It’s a good tool to have in your healing arsenal to pull out when you need it. It’s free, you can do it anywhere, and only takes a few minutes of your time.

I will drink clean water.
According to testing conducted by the Environmental Working Group, 250 chemicals were detected in American drinking water overall (160 of which are not regulated by the federal government). Even more worrying, 81 percent of systems tested had contaminants that have been linked to cancer. Some of the most notable offenders include Chloroform and Chromium-6, though more research still needs to be done on exactly how much of these we need to ingest to be at risk.
