Gluten Free? Vegan? Paleo? Food restrictions? YES! You and your family CAN enjoy your Thanksgiving dinner with traditional dishes that meet a special nutrition protocol AND that everyone will love. I sourced Pinterest for hours and collaborated with the top bloggers looking for the best recipes I could find to help you plan your Thanksgiving dinner. Stuffing? Yup! Pumpkin Pie? Yup! It’s all here – everything but the turkey and the dirty dishes in the kitchen sink!
Like I said, I sourced Pinterest for the best of the best. I collaborated with well-known and popular food bloggers in this space to find the most complimentary dishes to share with you. As always, please check the ingredients and ensure that you are preparing food that is safe for you and your nutrition protocol, as each recipe is different and not all recipes are all of the above.
Stuffing and Rice
I think I started with stuffing and rice because nothing says Thanksgiving comfort food more than stuffing or rice. We have never been into serving rice at Thanksgiving, but I do know that some people enjoy it, and I know you will love these dishes!
I am drooling over these sides! How amazing does that roasted acorn squash look and who can forget green bean casserole!
I think I’m the only person in my family who loves cranberry sauce. Add a little bit of sweet to counter the tart and bring it home to mamma! One of these recipes is BOOZY cranberry sauce! So you can get sauced with the sauce LOL!!!

Salads and Veggies
Who says that salads and veggies have to be bohr-ring? While salads and veggies are never the star of Thanksgiving, these dishes will certainly shine.
Mashed potatoes. I bet just saying mashed potatoes that you are thinking, “there is nothing better than Grandma’s mashed potatoes.” Am I right? While these may not be Grandma’s version, they will make a delicious substitute.
Of course, who can forget the gravy? I’ve included one vegan version and one gluten free version.
I’ve saved the best for last – PIES! This year, I challenged my mother-in-law to make a gluten free and vegan pumpkin pie just for me. #challengeaccepted
So there you have it, the best of the best. All you need to do now is be thankful and enjoy the day with your family and friends.
