Ahhh summer. In our minds it’s eating popsicles, wearing sunnies, driving with the windows down and singing to your favorite jams, kids playing outside and laughing, and lounging carefree at the pool. We all know that reality is a totally different story and it’s easy to let the chaos and overwhelm take over. But there’s no need to. Here are some easy ways to manifest a summer of gratitude. Let the chillin begin!
The struggle is real. You have this vision of a carefree summer of warm tropical breezes but instead, the kids are complaining, you are nagging your spouse to mow the overgrown lawn and that summer glow has turned into you sweating like a pig. Is it me or is anyone else ready for autumn and pumpkin spice lattes and apple picking and crisp evenings?
While you can’t always change your reality, you can change how you react. Manifesting a summer of gratitude is a great way to begin!
