I could eat my weight in pumpkin spice everything. Seriously. I look forward to this time of year… um… all year! Aside from being one of the yummiest food on the planet, pumpkin is full of Vitamin A which boosts vision, and is one of the best known sources of the antioxidant beta-carotene, Vitamin C. It’s full of fiber, it may help to protect against cancer, asthma, and heart disease, and increase your immunity.
You can use any pumpkin spice mix or blend your own, but I’m obsessed with the blend from Primal Palate. I don’t know what they do, but it’s hands down the best pumpkin spice mix I’ve ever tasted. On the recipe card, I suggested 1-2 TBSP. Depending on how your ingredients come together and how strong of the #PSL taste you want. Also, the coffee is optional but it gives it a little extra kick and flavor. For the topping, you can make your own caramel dip. I always recommend using organic ingredients and I pick mine up at Thrive Market.
