Whether your Halloween party is large or small, here are 5 easy steps for a spooktacular Halloween party that your guests will be talking about for years to come! Nothing difficult or time consuming – trust me!
1. Pick a Theme
Whether it’s skulls or zombies or pumpkins, pick a theme and stick to it. Here are some fun food ideas for a witch theme.
Line up some Oreo cookies with some witches shoes to make witch legs.
Easiest fun food ever – stick a pretzel stick in a mini Reese’s Cup. Done!
Melt caramels and add black food coloring drops to make poison apples.
And of course… witches hats… upside down Fudge Stripe, a little bit of icing, and a Hershey Kiss.
2. Fun and Easy Foods
Pop some popcorn, add some skeleton hands, black cups, and call it skeleton bones.
Mini powdered donuts, gummy lifesavers, and candy eyes make creepy edible eyes.
On the healthier side of creepy eyes, cut up carrots, add some cream cheese and olives.
Box mix chocolate cupcakes, white icing, and add some red gel for blood, and candy knives.
3. Drinks and Potions
There are so many fun theme wine labels out there now. I like Once Upon a Vine and Apothic. (please drink responsibly, don’t drink and drive.)
Whether scary, creepy, or more stylish, be sure to add some decorations!
Here is a white pumpkin from the craft store, with some bling glued on, and a couple ribbons.
Mr. Blinky is super creepy. I placed a black sheet over a bookcase . Easy!
5. Creepy Party Music
It’s a year old, but it’s The Ultimate Halloween Playlist. It’s a mix of traditional Halloween songs, rock songs perfect for a Halloween party vibe, and songs that everyone will enjoy. Add a few current and popular songs and you are all set.
