To celebrate the 4th of July, we will be flying the Grand Ole Flag for our tablescape today.
I started with a base of navy material with white stars, and then layered it with the red ticking stripe runner. Actually, the red striped material is from a set of curtains, scored FREE at a yard sale. I use it as extra for any holiday requiring the color red – Valentines Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Christmas, etc.
I used the red chargers with the blingy trim… because you gotta have bling on the 4th of July! And then my plain ole every day white plates, and the blue vintage plates (again… yard sale). And the blue checked napkins.
This is my old stand by patriotic centerpiece which I’ve used for anything and everything patriotic.
This table is perfect for a 4th of July brunch, don’t you think?
Waking up to a brunch with this tablescape, then heading off to the parade… pool… picnic… fireworks…
Are you in the patriotic spirit yet?
Love, hugs, and forever in peace may you wave.
