So go ahead, make some for your holiday guests, hide some for yourself, and enjoy it any time of the day. Breakfast included. PS – it’s super quick and easy to make! Your secret is safe with me.
One morning, Stepson asked what was for breakfast and I said, “fudge.” You should have seen the look on his face when he realized I was serious. It was priceless! He ended up eating something else and took a piece of fudge to school for a snack.
Buy good quality cacao butter, cacao powder, and Brain Octane – so you know they are made with the best ingredients! You will want the measurement of the cacao butter in solid. It will be much less when melted. It’s easiest if you melt it a little bit – so it’s soft or melted before you put it in your Nutribullet or blender. Trust me. It works better when it’s soft or melted rather than at room temperature.
I love all of the healthy fats in this fudge. The right kinds of fats are good for your brain, and also to help you feel satiated. My family is addicted to the Bulletproof Brain Octane. Hubby and Stepson use it in their coffee and we love using it in other foods too.
