You know what I love? Fancy food that is simple and healthy. I love to wow guests, give them healthy options, and most importantly, not spend a lot of time in the kitchen. If you enjoy figs, this appetizer is so delicious with fresh figs from the summer harvest. Figs are available all year long, so this also makes a beautiful appetizer for your holiday or Christmas party. Or for any special occasion any time of year. You can use your own homemade fig jam or your favorite store-bought jam. I actually make my own gluten and grain free tortillas and then keep them in the freezer for quick and easy meals and snacks. We don’t do a lot of dairy here at Pink Fortitude. Goat cheese is the mildest for those who want to enjoy dairy for a special occasion.

Fig and Goat Cheese Appetizer Pizza Recipe
Fig and Goat Cheese Appetizer Pizza
Gluten Free and Grain Free
- 8 oz Fig Jam or Spread
- 8 oz Goat Cheese
- 4 Gluten Free Tortillas
- 4 oz Pistachios
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spread fig jam over tortillas.
Cover with goat cheese.
Sprinkle with pistachios.
Bake on a pizza stone at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until the cheese is warm and melted.
