Daffodils are the first flower to bloom in the spring.  It’s the eternal sign of life and rebirth after the dead of winter.  While the American Cancer Society doesn’t officially promote their Daffodil Days any more, I wanted today’s tablescape to pay tribute to those who have fallen to cancer, to those who bloomed and enjoyed the springtime of their lives before being taken away from us too soon.
