Nothing says Sunday morning like whipping up a batch of pancakes. Show your love to your spouse, your kids, and even yourself with these chocolate chocolate chip pancakes. Oh and PS – they are gluten free, vegan and super healthy!

The beauty of this recipe – it’s semi-homemade. Use a box of gluten free pancake mix and go from there.
I use raw cacao and then add a scoop of gluten free and vegan chocolate protein powder. Use the amount of milk as directed on the box, but be prepared to add a little (or even a lot) more until it reaches the desired pancake consistency. Almond milk has been my gold standard, but lately, I’ve been on a Flax Milk kick. It’s so yummy, has tons of Omega 3 fatty acids, and has fewer calories than almond milk.
