When you are faced with a cancer diagnosis, determining the treatment protocol that is the best for you is a difficult decision. If you chose to forgo traditional chemotherapy for a more natural treatment, it can be one of, if not THE, hardest decision you will ever make in your life. How do you make this decision? How do you know it’s right for you? I have two experts weighing in on this controversial topic and unconventional approach.

“In one moment, your life story is divided into two chapters – before cancer and after cancer.” – Chris Wark
When I was diagnosed with breast cancer back in 2010, it took my oncology team one month to determine the best standard of care for my case. My markers didn’t fall neatly into a box on the chart, so they wanted to weigh the options, gather more data, and make the best decision they could. I waited helplessly while they decided what to do. At that point in time, there was no doubt in my mind that an aggressive chemotherapy treatment was the ONLY way to go.
Chemotherapy drugs are poisons designed to kill the cancer cells in your body. But they also damage your healthy cells, and sometimes (like in my case), that damage is irreparable.
I wanted the cancer out of my body. I wanted it ALL out of my body. It worked. I’m 7 years clear. But my health has never been the same since cancer and chemo, and for the worse, not better. The cancer is gone, but my health never fully recovered.
If you would have asked me after treatment if I made the right decision, I would have said yes. If God forbid I’m ever faced with this decision again, my treatment would look very different today.
I can’t say enough, as this is an extremely difficult and personal decision, and should not be taken lightly. There are alternative approaches to preventing and treating cancer that you may want to consider.
I am extremely blessed to have Chris Wark and Dr. Heather Paulson in my life and I am honored to call them friends. They are two of the top experts in the world on healing cancer naturally. The picture below is the three of us at a pool party.
Personalized Cancer Coaching
Chris Wark, was diagnosed with Stage 3 colon cancer when he was 26 years old. He’s been 100% cancer free for 13 years now, and is living proof that taking the road less traveled can make all of the difference. Chris beat the odds in a very unconventional approach with nutrition and natural non-toxic therapies.
When Chris started Chris Beats Cancer, he was overwhelmed by the number of individuals who wanted his help, so he started a coaching program. His cancer-coaching program helps to remove the fear that cancer patients face, and replaces it with hope, clarity, confidence, and an action plan. It’s one of the best programs I’ve ever seen on how to prevent and heal cancer.
I know from personal experience that feeling of helplessness and despair and moving forward on faith alone during a cancer diagnosis. Chris offers himself. To you. To help you through this difficult time and to help you make the decisions that are right for you. I wish I had known about Chris seven years ago. Watch his video and his series and let him help you where you are at.
Dr. Heather Paulson is a renowned Naturopathic Oncologist, my personal doctor, and a very dear friend. Her new book, Cancer Proof: 7 Natural Ways to Live Cancer Free takes you through seven natural ways to make cancer proofing your life easy and practical.
I can share from my own personal experience working with Dr. Paulson that she gets to the core and to the cellular level of preventing cancer and dealing with the aftermath. I hope to never have to deal with cancer again, and thanks to her, I am taking as many steps as I can to cancer-proof my own life. And I’ve never been happier or healthier doing it!
